The skin fixer booking policy

At The Skin Fixer, we’re dedicated to providing exceptional care and results. To maintain this standard, we kindly ask you to review our booking policy. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation. 

Booking An Appointment

A $50 deposit—our Self-Care Fee—is required to secure your appointment. This deposit is non-refundable for changes of mind or cancellations. It can, however, be used toward your treatment or product purchases.

Please note: If you choose to pay the deposit with your card, it cannot later be refunded or replaced with a gift voucher for the same booking. For courses or packages, the entire treatment cost may secure your booking, but a $50 deposit will still apply to future appointments.

Cancellations & Changes

Cancellations or changes made within 24 hours of your appointment time will result in 100% of the reserved service amount being forfeited.


For no-shows or late cancellations, a new $50 deposit must be paid to secure another appointment.

Treatment Adjustments

If you are unable to receive your full treatment on the day of your appointment—due to lateness or other reasons—the full treatment cost will still be charged.

Appointment Times

The Skin Fixer is an appointment-only, one-on-one facial experience. Arriving early to your appointment may hinder the experience of others so please arrive at your designated appointment time.
